2018 A3 CarPlay not working sometimes
Hello,
Would like to get some thoughts on this… The Apple CarPlay and media on my 2018 A3 occasionally freezes and I need to restart it by pressing the 3 buttons. This is happening about twice a week. I have done a factory reset and it still does it. After restarting it it works fine for a few days.
The car is still under factory warranty for another 3 weeks.
Is this a common problem? Should I have it looked at the dealer? Any advice is appreciated.
