Oddly and sporadically I received a call from a random Ohio based number at 7:10 EST who Indicated to me that the Audi WiFi issue has been resolved and it will be fully functional within 10 mins.
I didn’t even think to ask about a refund for the $199 subscription I’ve been unable to use for the past 6 months. *sigh*

They at least now know how to fix each issue and will be working through all the open tickets.

Thanks for update! The conspiracy theorist in me wants to believe that Germany monitors this thread and made a phone call to fix the problem yesterday. Or some string theory idea.
