What is wrong with this radio? or Is this the way all Bose systems perform? First there is only Bass with the FM (and not great Bass either, but it is there), but not the CD (cranked full)- very Treble. Second, on both FM and CD, adjusting the Bass, Mid and Treble has almost no effect on the sound.

Took it to a car sound house, thet agreed. I went back to dealer, sat in another A3 with a Bose - same result.

Anyone having this experience? or Is my ear that bad? Any suggestions welcome - very disappointed in the sound system that I paid extra for.

Yep that's the Bose sound, get the dealer to decode the HU to non Bose
