Default Adding an amp to the symphony/bose STOCK HEADUNIT

I have a b5 s4, i want to add a 4-ch amp and all new speakers to the stock head unit.

I bought a line level adaptor and was going to tap in right after the stock bose amp.
Ive been reading that this can create alot of noise and that there are other ways to get pre-amp signal to an aftermarket amp. Is this true?

Which product exatly will work with my 2001 s4 bose, allowing me to keep stock headunit?

What is the best solution to this problem?

Instead of tapping into the bose amp output, tap into the pre-amp lines from the HU to the amp, without the line level adapter.

I think you need that blaupunkt adapter IIRC.

Should be in your trunk. There is a pinout somwhere of it, and it has +/- for the L/R rear signals. those are what you want to tap into.

I have the needed connector. It will run you $20.00 shipped to your door. I have them in stock and ready to ship.
