which interface is best, and whats the easiest way to get one? I know of the Nexxtel interface, but i was wondering if there is anything else that i could get in the states to save some hassle with getting it from Germany.

or, if someone were kind enough to help me get the Nexxtel one, i'd gladly give you a few bucks to help me out.

if you search ebay under Audi and Nav you will find a few that you can buy locally.

I have a Nexxtel/Connetx and it works great.

also try www.vwnavi.com (email jim brett jim@vwnavi.com). He's in the UK and takes paypal. He sells them....check out his site.

and it's what convinced me to do the nav+ with the nexxtel and me-3.

also, will the GPS antenna he advertises on his site work with the nav+ as well? because that's a whole lot cheaper than what i've found them for...

I don't see why....as the VW MFD has the exact same plugs/connectors as the Nav+. Just maks sure it comes with a SMB connector...and you are good to go.

Also, when you get closer to doing your install...let me know...and you can borrow my install tools etc. See my pix for details.
