Does anyone know what converters I need to plug an aftermarket head unit into my existin Bose Amp/Speakers (including sub) and have it work?

none, the bose amp accepts a 4-channel line input

Bose amp uses standard line-level inputs, 2 front and 2 rear.

but if you're talking about the voltage of the signal, it is about 2vAC which is relatively less than most headunits put out. If you get an expensive headunit then it's output might be around 4vAC in which case you might want to try out some resistors to better match the signal.
