Alpine TDM-7534S only responsive to power button!

Hoping that someone has some insight on this. My Alpine TDM-7534S has worked like a champ for years... ...until yesterday. Now the volume has dropped to 0 and it only responds to the power button. I can turn it on and off but can't change to CD/radio, can't turn up the volume, can't change the station, can't do anything...

Has anyone seen an issue like this before? Did my HU simple die on me?
