Is it any good to add an 100W X 2 amp to the Audi OEM Front Speakers?

speakers don't really "have" power at all. They just handle power, it's like saying I can go 149+ mph with a Z rated tire. The tire isn't going 149 mph all the time, it can just do that.
In answer to your post, I typically get an amp that can provide more power than the speaker says it can handle, yes. This is what car audio enthusiests refer to as "headroom". This is because to fully take advantage of your speaker you only have to push the amp to maybe 70% capability instead of 100%, which is always a good thing, as there will be less distortion.

With car audio, 90% of the time you get what you pay for. But this may well be enough for your tastes.

You'll almost certainly blow them. Most stock speakers handle about 9 watts max (or so). I would upgrade the speakers as well if you want good sound.
