i just bought an McIntosh MC4000M amp for my 01 1.8t. Just sent out the check the other day so i shal get it in a week or so. The amp is 100x4 and 300x2 for a total of 1000 watts of McIntosh pleasure. You have no idea how anxious i am to get this thing. Its 34 inches long and weighs about 50 lbs or so. my plans include a McIntosh cd player in the dash and mb-quarts all around.
you can never go wrong with McIntosh if you got the dinero.
