Default Anyone have a Hawaii nav disc?

I'm looking for the Hawaii region nav disc for my RNS-C. If anyone has a copy they can backup for me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Shoot me an email at deecho@gmail.com

Thanks!

Default I don't think there was such a thing.

Nav discs for Hawaii are a recent thing. I don't think the delaer even offered nav as an option in Hawaii (well mine did until I told him there are no nav discs for Hawaii. He double checked and confirmed that there was none). I believe the first nav discs for Hawaii weren't released until after 2002 and those were all DVD based.

Default you sure?

According to Navteq's site, they were released in 2003 and include the Hawaii region. I just wanted to avoid having to buy the whole set since I don't think I'll be driving on an interstate highway for a while. I'm sure someone out there has to have the CD.

<a href="http://www.navigation.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/Navteq-NavteqNorthAmerica-Site/en_US/-/USD/ViewProductDetail-Start;pgid=G7pce3WowixSR0MMHxouKkQx0000sHMaE1l3?Pr oductUUID=mJgKCggRR04AAAEOCVNtND2m&CatalogCate goryID=3jsKCggR_

Default If it was released in 2003, that was after the car was out of production.

The local dealers weren't offering NAV as an option because there were no discs to support it at the time. Even if the CD is out now, unless the car was shipped from the mainland or the nav was installed after the fact, you won't find anyone around here that has NAV in their car.

Good luck finding one though.

Default yeah, i know the local guys don't have

my car was shipped from the mainland, but I have the euro nav (rns-c) which uses some of the files from the regular, US nav cd which is what I need.

That's pretty much why I posted here...I know there are choke people on the mainland with a full set of cds, but they'll never use the Hawaii one.

Thanks for the heads up though. I would have thought they had an earlier map for Hawaii since nav was offered in Audis since 2000, but I guess not.
