My CD changer did not come loose, but I had a problem with the right passenger side door tweeter crackling. After three trips to the dealer( about 2-3 mos. total time)and a incorrect replacement of a perfectly good speaker, they finally found that it was the coaxial cable running underneath the floor board from the radio to the trunk that was faulty. I had told the idiot dealership that it was not the speaker because the crackling was not occuring when the radio was on. Three times we brought it back, the second time after leaving it for a week, and the damn thing still crackled. They finally called in an aftermarket stereo store to fix the problem. They also remounted the CD changer farther back in the trunk closer to the rear seats. Now everything is fine. This was just one of the horrible service stories that I had at Town Motors in Engelwood, NJ. The scary thing is that they are also a Porsche dealer!!! These guys should not be allowed to fix a lawnmower! Good luck with your problem. E-mail Audiusa.com so they can look into it for you. Sometimes you have to go to the top for the real answers. The squeaky wheel gets the most grease!
