Anyone know the CA law regarding in car dvd players...
Can I have the screen open with nothing playing (just those little fancy design/screen savers)
or am i not allowed to have the screen open while driving period?
I'm assuming its the latter, but I'm hoping somehow its ok for me to have the screen up.
