I am looking to findout how the stock phone sends it speaker signal to the concert radio? I thought it might be the phone+ and phone- pins on the radio but they are not connected?

Check out the tech section of audiworld. There's three articles in the electronics section that should give you everything you need. They show what pins in the trunk's DB25 connector are used. If you want to connect at the back of the OEM radio, I found a wiring diagram on a sticker on the top of my radio; you might find one on yours, too (I have a 2001.5 S4 Avant).
