Anyone know how to fix a punctured cone on a subwoofer?

Default Anyone know how to fix a punctured cone on a subwoofer?

i was looking at my subs last night and i noticed a puck in the cone. and i touched it and it brroke into about 5 pieces. all the pieces are there. its a poly cone on an old infinity 10" reference sub. they discontinued it a while ago so i dont think im gonna find another to replace it that easily. i was thinking maybe a spray on glue or something maybe fiberglass? i have no idea what to do. someone help?

Default Buy a new woofer, or find a local speaker repair shop and have it reconed.

It's broken, and any attempt to put Humpty back together again will add mass to the cone and make it sound different anyway.

Or try speakerreconing.com .
