Anyone know what voltage the preouts off the Symphony deck with the blaupunkt adapter?

I know you're looking for an exact answer...
but I'll venture to guess. A nice aftermarket head-unit would put out a strong 4v. I know that the stock one is kind of weak, although for me, it does the trick. I'll guess 2 or 3 v. Any measurements, guys?

i'd say no more then 3v is a safe bet..
4v used to be what the high end stuff put out but these days that's even low. I see 5 and 6v and even higher sometimes on the top end stuff.
