Audi A4 MMI
Hello guys,
New to the forum so really sorry if this is wrong board to be posting on.
I have just got my hands on a 2014 A4 Avant it has the MMI sat nav module in it and also the 30 pin port in the glove box. Before I picked up the car I purchased an MMI cable to USB from Amazon (cheap £5 one). I have popped this in and it will charge my iPhone (5s) but comes up on the media section as "no playable media on this medium".
I have read on this forum after a search that I will need the 4F0 051 510 AD or the 4F0 051 510 AC.
Will this fix my problem?

The AC and AD cables have been replaced by the newer 4F0051510AL which should work with the iPhone 5s. Those aftermaket cables and adapters often don't.. Another solution if you already have the 30 pin OEM Audi AMI cable is to get one of the Apple brand 30 pin to Lightning adapters. Less expensive than buying the AL Lightning AMI cable. If not, go with the Audi AL AMI cable.
