Hi Can anyone help. My MMI in my Audi a6 Avant 2012 turns off and attempts to reboot and then nothing. We have tried the three button reset but the power to the unit (i think) cuts out before the reboot has a chance to complete.

A VCDS report shows the following. Can any one offer any advice on what the problem might be and how to resolve it.
