Default Audi Concert "Invalid Key" message on radio *HELP

So my Audi A3 TDI was low on oil and wouldn't start. Before replacing the oil my father tried to jump the (already working) battery. With no luck , we replaced the oil and then the car started. But when I started the car back up I have the message "Invalid Key" on my radio. None of the buttons work and there is no where to enter a code. No sound emits from the speakers, no functions (AM, FM, Tone, Menu) do anything when the button has been pressed. Thinking this has something to do with the jumping the battery. Already going to be calling Audi support on Monday but wondering if anyone has any personal experience in dealing with this and what was done to solve it. Willing to do anything to get my radio working again!!!!! Any help appreciated!
