Whats the best replacement for the stock speakers in a S4? I want something that will fit with very little to no modification of the stock housings. What is everyone putting in their cars...I'm just so sick of Bose...it's killing my pu$$y rate...hehe...just joshing.
What speakers do you pro's like? Any thoughts you may have would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

The bracket (it's like a piece of a wire hanger just bent a certain way) that holds the tweeter in. Aftermarket tweeters are a little larger and you just need to rebend the bracket to fit it.
5.25" up front, 6.5" in the rear deck. The adaptors make it easy.

As far as an easy fitment, 5.25s with the MBQ adapters for the front doors is your best bet. I had to go a step further and put some Q series 6.5s up front in my S and DKD 116s in the rear door.
Not sure how much you want to spend on replacements, but spend the most you can on the front stage, and get something just decent for the rear doors. I saw check out the MB Quart Q series, Focals, Bostons, Diamond and JL all sound pretty good when installed properly. Your best bet is to listen to each to see which sound you like the best. We can sit here and til you which one we like better, but you might not like the same sound that we do.
If you are interested in the Quart Q series, let me know if you can't find a good deal. I can probably hook you up.

won't be able to get them in until middle of august but that they have one set in 19's left. How do you like yours? Are you still rolling on them? I'm thinking of going for the 19's but need some confidence...those are some huge wheels. Thanks man.

is up to you. I personally like the look of the 19s, but the 18s will look good also. With the 18", you can ran a 235/40 which will give you a little more sidewall...is your area really rough? Just something else to consider.
