Default Is this a bad idea?

I have a 2001 A4 1.8T and am looking to upgrade the whole audio system. I plan on running three amps: one 2 channel amp to run the component speakers in the front doors, one two channel amp to run a pair of 10" subs in the trunk (of course), and here is the questionable one, one 2 channel amp to run both the rear door speakers AND the rear deck speakers. Is it a really bad idea to treat those 4 rear speakers as my rear channel? I know I could get a 4 channel amp for those 4 but cost is a limiting factor for me at this point so a 2 channel amp is really all I can do. Also, which of the stock speakers (if any) can I run with an aftermarket amp? (ie, which speakers can I upgrade last)
Thanks.
BTW, I have the Bose system (not by choice!)

Default the idea isn't bad but..

Using BOTH the rear doors and the rear deck is 100% unnecessary. use one OR the other. The rear decks draw imaging further back than the doors, but dealing with the doors is much more of a pain in the ***, not to mention the doors fit 5.25" only, and not 6.5" like the rear deck. It's really up to you which you use though, but it's really a waste to use both.

You can't run ANY of the stock bose speakers with an aftermarket amp. I'd upgrae your fronts and subs and completely disconnect your rear deck speakers/doors. You accomplish this by simply not using the bose system at all which is bypassed when you use the blaupunkt adaptor anyway.

See how it sounds. If you don't like the lack of rear fill, then replace one or the other. If you do the doors, but don't like it . Move those to the rear deck and try it there. If you decide you want both doors and deck, then spend the cash.

Default Sounds like an excellent plan...

It goes very well with my cost reducing strategy. Do you know what the maximum mounting depth for the woofers is on the front doors? How do people squeeze 6.5 speakers in there without modifying the doors? (I know you can go 5.25 by using MB adapters)
Thanks for your help.

5.25" is the plug and play route, 6.5" is the not so plug and play route
