Focals. If $$ is an object, I'd say Boston Pros.

Default Some comments:

I havent seen anyone use bostons in a free air application before - and dont think they would sound good at all.

MY suggestion: 2 IDQ (Image Dynamics) 10s or 12s on the read deck - i have seen this set up in serveral comp. cars and they work very well in that configuration! I have heard a single IDQ 12 in the rear deck (free air) in a bmw 850 and it sounded very nice - wasnt boomy but had very crisp and clear bass - but if you want to "bumb" it it hits hard! Also i listened to a civic with 2 IDQ 15s! mounted in a free air configuration and it was amazing! (very loud BTW) I am actually having a metal peice made up that will fit 2 IDQ 12s in the rear deck of my s4, i just really love the sound and whats even better is that no trunk space is taken!

Hope this info helps - also the IDQ are very reasonably priced.
