What are the improvements in the bose concert and symphony systems over the delta cc?
Can the a8 with delta cc be upgraded to concert or symph?
what other mods need to be made to upgrade the sound system to Bose 200W

The Bose upgrade involves changing everything except the head unit, so that's all speakers, a Bose 4 channel amp, Bose sub/amp, associated power, speaker and signal wiring, and VAG-COM the HU to set it up with the Bose EQ.
Definately not worth it as a retrofit, much better to add aftermarket upgrade (speakers amp sub).
