Bose gurus... Is it possible to swap out just the front tweeters to improve the high end sound?

Bose gurus... Is it possible to swap out just the front tweeters to improve the high end sound?
I've read here in the past that the Audi/Bose systems run at different Ohms than aftermarket gear, so would this be a huge ordeal (help me out if I'm wrong)? Basically, everything about the system is acceptable to me, except for the high end, which just isn't there. Any other simple/cheap suggestions to get what I'm looking for? Thanks very much in advance.
Oh, this is for an '02 A4, but any knowledge of Bose systems in general would be appreciated.
