Is there a special wiring harness when upgrading from the Bose Concert head unit? If so who carries it?
Is MBQuart the only company that makes a speaker adapter from 4" to 5.25"?
Thanks,
JD

You may be looking for Blau part # F00E500014... with a big caveat.
I assume that you are looking for a line out adapter so that you can avoid using a high level adapter. If so, try call Midwest Electronics (Blau's parts group) at 800.920.2121 They also carry the proper radio removal tool #21176890
HERE's the caveat... pre 99.5 cars for the most part had three seperate plugs in the back of the h.u. controling cd, power, speakers etc. The adapter takes the place of one of those three plugs. The catch is that 99.5+ cars have a single combined plug so you need to devise a workaround... I have yet to figure this out and sadly received NO response from the forum.
Search archives on "blaupunkt adapter" and you will get tons more very helpful stuff... but alas I found no resolution to the "whaddya do if you have one combined plug" dilemna...
