I was trying to find a place to buy these for cheap:

But then thought about how easy or much better it'd be just building it yourself. Because most people just take the pins out of the harness block anyway and insert them into the factory harness, all we would need is to find a place that sells these (what are they called? harness pin wires?) BTW, you'd only need 3 wires because they have a pin on each end):

We have a diagram here:

Get 2 of these from Radioshack for $6 (can't think of anywhere else they sell female RCA cables, but I'm sure you can find some thick gauge, gold plated ones somewhere for not that much):
<a href="http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CT LG%5F007%5F002%5F003%5F007&product%5Fid=42%2D2358" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.radioshack.com/images/ProductCatalog/ProductImage/42/42-2358.jpg"></a>
-Cut the 3 harness pin wires in half, so now you have 6 that you can work with.
-Solder all 4 negative RCA leads into the wire that goes into COMMON pin wire.
-Solder each postive RCA lead into the appropriate corresponding pin wire.
-Solder the Remote Amp Switch wire to onto a pin wire.
-Use some shrink tube for looks and secure it all together.
-Push the pins into the factory harness as shown by the diagram.
And, you're done! Depending on the cost of the harness pin wires, probably a buck for 3 wires at most, so say $7 for the whole deal. Or more, if you wanna use higher grade RCA connectors.

...I combined the Continental Imports line-out adapter with the Blitzsafe Aux Input adapter.
Blitzsafe on left, line-out adapter on right. Note that the yellow plugs are identical.
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/41363/connectors1.jpg">
After I 'merged' the two connectors together.

Close-up.

Just keep in mind that by doing this, the head unit effectvely becomes a line-level *only* device.
