Burned CD's won't play

Owner's manual for the 2006 says some won't. As a help desk manager, I can tell you that it's strictly a format issue. You might be able to get a firmware upgrade from the manufacturer of the cd player, but that's likely the only way the format your particular burner uses is going to be recognized.

If you are not able to play your burned CD that means session is not closed and that the disk was finalized.What file format are you using, if your selecting one, best to stick with the joliet format.

I kinda hate it too when I can't get to burn the cd's that I want. Do you guys have any suggestions how to fix this kinda problem? It causes me inconvenience especially with the nature of my work.
