i bought a symphony a while back from kompressed. well months months later, i got a new battery and the radio went into safe mode, and the radio code is no where to be found now. I called audi they say bring it in. Ive heard where people can get it without going to dealer. one guy has tried but it did not work. i have seriel# if anyone can help
