install a Symphony headunit from a '01 Audi in my '96 audi?

i kno the size is different, but besides that is it possible to do so?

an emulator to get the thing to stay on for longer than an hour. The connections are all the same otherwise. You may be lucky and get the last of the normal non CANBUS ones as they changed them at around 2001.

the headunit is from a '01 A8

where can i buy an Emulator for this?
and that also leads me too this, i have everything in the car redone already ( all aftermarket speakers, 2 10" subs;amp;cap in the trunk), therefore they are ran to the headunit with the red & white audio cables, so how would i connect these to the factory headunit?

HU to your new setup you'll just need the Blaupunkt RCA adapter, which converts the non standard mini ISO pre-out plug to standard front & rear RCA's. There's no independent sub pre-out, so you'll need to take 2 feeds off the rear pre-out to feed the rear & sub amp (if amping the cabin speakers).

I'd check the HU before committing to an emulator as you might not need it
