Carplay no lokger working

Carplay no lokger working
Hi,
I recently moved from the US to the EU and now wireless carplay isn’t working. Every time I try to enable it, it takes the option away and it asks for a wired carplay connection. It only gives the option to turn on wifi and bluetooth when i turn the wifi off, and also the wifi is acting as an actual hotspot, not a way to connect my phone and the car. I’ve factory reset it a few times, but it only gets worse and more confusing each time lol.
Also lane departure and traffic sign recognition are having issues. I’ve attached a video
