Default Christmas time is coming and I want a new stereo

I've been looking into a new stereo for awhile and never had any money, so I'm thinking about getting one for Christmas.

I liked the way the Focal 130A's sounded so I thought I would go with the 130k's because they can handle more power and I doubt they sound worse. I'm having a hard time picking speakers for rear fill if any one has some suggestions let me know. I'm also having a hard time finding an amp (the 130k's are suggested at 120w max and 60w normal) I'm also thinking possibly a sub an Adire Audio Shiva, but probably not till later. So basically what kind of amp/s should I run and with what rears?? keep in mind a reasonable budget. Thanks

Default JBL 1200.1 is good for the shiva, 600w at 4ohms

and can handle bigger subs with dual 4 or 2ohm coils <a href="http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/209">JBL 1200.1</a>

cheap somponent rear fill <a href="http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/59">alpine type R coax</a> is good

<a href="http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/154">JBL 180.2</a> wired in parellel can give 180 per side, or 90w per front speaker and run rears off the deck

btw <a href="http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/71">alpine type R comps</a> or <a href="http://www.mmxpress.com/crystal/crystal_components.htm">crystal comps</a> sound almost as good as focals.

<a href="http://www.cbrstereo.com">checked out CBR stereo yet?</a>

whats the deck in mind?

Default I plan on using my Blaupunkt San Jose...

It works great for me and havent had any problems. I dont know how great the rears would sound though, if they were being powered just by the HU, its not very powerful. With that amp do I have to worry about messing up the front speakers, seeing as they are rated for 60w RMS??

1 other question, where should I mount the amp for the front speakers?? can it fit under the seat, or shold I run wires all the way back to the trunk??

Default amps should be in the trunk, under the seat gets hot

also if you turn the gains down, the speakers should be safe.

Default Would i be better off going with a midbass speaker in the rear...

or just regular coaxial?? is there any reading you would suggest on this stuff?? still seems a little confusing to me, especially with the sub...the voice coils and ohm's and the such

Default midbass belongs up front, mids in the back would sound like

crap since the staging is funny.<ul><li><a href="http://www.jlaudio.com/tutorials/index.html">JL explains ohms and voice coils</a></li></ul>

Default 1 more question about running stock speakers w/ aftermarket HU

I remember hearing that it was bad for the headunit to run the stock delta bose speakers, i'm just runing the front but is it damaging to the headunit??
