I have an A4 and am looking for a way to mount the phone and charge it while in the car. I saw some bracket that is installed just to the right of the radio. You have to take off the plate surrounding the radio and use the bolts in there to mount the bracket. I love this design as it involves no drilling and is minimalistic yet effective. Does anyone have this? If so, how have you rigged it to charge your phone? I'd like to set it up so you minimize visible wires. BTW, I have an Ericsson RX300 (?). TIA.

You'll need the 4 audi tools to remove the radio as well. This works for both the Symphony I &amp; II radios. This picture is the Syph II.

I would love either one. Thanks for the link. Would you let me know when you get it put in? I'd like to talk to you about it before I do it. What will you use to hold your phone to it?

I haven't thought that far yet. The $25 kit comes with a cheesy holder.
