Climate Control Removal on '01 S4

Climate Control Removal on '01 S4
Anybody know how to remove the climate control unit on a '01 S4? Is there some voodoo secret I am missing. It seems as if it has to come out for the housing surrounding the center console to come off. I'm kinda at the end of my rope, any help would be appreciated!

Re: You'll probably have to pull the headunit first.. I think it's hiding some more screws...
I've got everything out except the climate control and the ash tray. It seems these need to come out to get the front center console off. I've read the directions on here for center console removal, but they seem to be for earlier model A4/S4's.
