I was trying to remove the factory HU to replace with another HU, but was unsuccessful, now it wont turn on no more.

what happend? reading the manual, i didnt see anything about resetting the radio. did i break something?

I still plan on replacing it with an aftermarket HU, but i cant get that damn factory hu out of the dash. bent my removal key pretty good trying to too.

nevermind, i got it out myself finally, it was just a blown fuse.

i replaced it with a 7.5 amp (over 5) hope its okay, radio works now though.

the wiring harness i got is completely wrong though (which i kinda figured, being the package said for 2002 bmw/audi/vw double din only - the stereo guy said it still might work) i'll go return it later.

so does anyone know where i can get a wiring harness for 99 concert HU (I dont want to cut wires). no stereo shop around here seems to carry them. one shop said they have nothing for audis, theres no demand.

havent had any luck searching online.
