Which is the correct way to do this kind of set up.

Ok then, here is how I did it

i got one pic from the instructions in the cap manufacture.
and i got the other pic from the amp manual. so i did not know which setup is the correct one?

agreed - connect the battery(+) to the cap(+) and the cap(+) to the amp(+)
then separately ground the cap and amp.
If your cap has a "remote" terminal, this can be connected to the remote terminal on the amp which originally comes from the headunit

the top one has it's connections correct, but there's too much extra wire...
draw the battery on one side of the page and the amp at the other. The wire between is where you will be drawing current through. You want that cap inline on this wire, close to the amp. You do not want a lot of extra wire as shown in the top diagram.
As for the lower one, what are those connections to the amp? Assuming that the left two are power and the right two are ground (when have you ever seen an amp with mulitple connections such as this?) it's still poor wiring.
