Crutchfield FTW.....
I've been having problems with XM Radio Roady XT setup with the new SureConnect system in my car. I get a Signal...but no Audio....transfer the Roady XT to my XM boom box in my office...and I get a Signal and Audio no problem.
I call XM and the Tech goes through all his "menus" and can't figure it out. Thanks.
I call Crutchfield, from whom I purchased my XM from, and the Tech there couldn't figure it out either...but they are overnight shipping a new SureConnect kit free of charge. He wanted to send me a whole new Car Kit which comes with the docking cradle and SureConnect but that is back-ordered until 01/21. He thinks it's either the SureConnect or docking cradle.
The tech said if the SureConnect doesn't work...they will ship a Car Kit overnight free of charge as well when it gets in stock.
