Since you have the correct firmware, I would suspect a faulty unit or possibly an
incompatability with your 2007. I heard directly from Christian at Enfig Car Stereo (enfigcarstereo.com) that they were seeing a lot of issues with the Dice units on 2007 Symphony II+ head units. I'm not certain if they are seeing issues with the Nav units or not. Maybe call them and ask?
