Default DICE issue in '07 A4

Got all the stuff from Enfig and install went really well. One problem though: I can't do any scrolling through playlists, artists, etc., neither from the head unit nor the steering wheel controls. Have tried each CD (7 thru 12) and result is the same - slight pause in the song then it resumes. The i-Audi-R has the dip switches set to iPod control. Firmware version on the 4G iPod is 3.1.1 (got same result with nano at FW 1.1.1).

I have the base Symph II+ stereo in my '07 Audi A4. Non-Bose, no nav, no sat, but with bluetooth.

Any pointers would be appreciated. I've also opened a ticket with DICE.

Since there is no reset button on the dice module, do you mean disconnect/reconnect the cable between the module and the HU? Or do you mean reset the iPod itself while connected to the module?

Leave the cable connected from HU to dice module and try cutting the power to the module and reconnecting it.

Since the cable from the HU is providing the power to the module, I can't see how I can leave it connected and cut the power at the same time. I'll try pulling the fuse. Thanks.
