dirver side speakers quotes from audi dealer
my tweeter and the speaker on driver's side both are dead; I was told by the audi dealer when they replaced the blown fuses in the deck.
they gave me the quote for 99.5' NON-Bose speaker
driver's door speaker = $98 CND
driver's door tweeter = $79 CND
personally i think almost $200 for this two pieces are kind of too much for "non bose"..
anyone has better suggestion ?
by the way, anyone know exactly the size of the speaker and the tweeter?

yes it is too much, not worth it
For another $100 on top of that you could replace them with a budget 2-way system.
standard 5.25" woofer and .75 or 1" tweeters fit. Need MBQuart or custom made adaptors for the woofer.

That's eveven worse in my opinion
I'd rather dump $125 USD on a decent set of a 5.25" 2-way Coaxials than replace stock speakers of any kind. They will perform much better, even being coaxials.
