Diversity antenna amplifier question

Got a pioneer avic z-1 installed. FM reception is poor and research says the oem diversity antenna has a powered anmplifier. Anyone know of an adapter or wiring workaround to power the antenna? Is the antenna powered by the head unit or the stock amplifier?

Any power antenna adaptor should work.
