However there are some changes I would make to these instructions.
For starters the fuse for the power cable CANNOT be located in the trunk. It absolutely must be located as near to the battery as possible. Can't believe anyone would think running an unfused 40amp cable the length of the car is a good idea, let alone recommend it to others.
Secondly, when tapping the feed for the sub amp, there is no need to use the crappy Bose amp speaker outputs. You can tap the pre-outs going into the amp. These are unamplified, cleaner and not fcuked around with by the Bose amp.
thirdly, you don't have to remove the top of the ECU. The back bolt is a real pig to remove. You can leave it in place and just price the lid up far enough to give you access to remove the ECU.
