Does anyone know where to get the MB Quart Speaker adapters?

around the MDF adapter you've made. I didn't take any pics when I did mine but I do recall having to continually trim and test the adapter, there were clearance issues with the door frame in a couple of places. When finished and fitted, it was messy and a really odd shape to get the required clearance.
Advice: Use the gap filler sparingly and only after you find the adapter clears your door frame.
You might want to search the forums for a better idea of what I am referring to. I recall seeing a photo of a front-door MDF adapter. I think it was for a B5 but I can't be certain.
If you get stuck, you can always order those plastic adapters from the UK, they will fit but they are aweful. I bought a pair for my second A4. I ended up on selling them after fitting them and seeing how flimsy they were. I made my own from MDF. There is little point in having $300-$800 drivers in the front door and then fit them poorly. We've got enough mid-bass issues using a 5.25" driver and that dumb door panel fitting without compounding the problem through realy poor installation.
Note, you can make or get yourself an adapter for the rear shelf and you'll be able to fit aftermarket 6.5" drivers (same as stock) in there rather than the 5.25" drivers. You could always leave the stock rears, they are fine for the job they're intended to do. Either way not a big deal, they're only there for fill (the rear seat passengers) anyway.

After a lot of dremeling of both the wood adapter and door frame, I got them to fit! Nice and snug, but it all goes in nicely and the window clears the back fine. Now all I have to do is install the amp rack and sub and power it all up.
door frame before:

but hey, you've got the outcome you wanted and nobody will ever see it.
The amp rack is looking good.
Is that white box in the top right hand corner a speaker level to line level converter? If so, you do know it's not needed as the Symphony (or Concert) h/u in our cars have line level outputs (all you need to do is splice in rca's or use a Blaupunkt rca plug/adapter). Not using a line level converter will enhance the sound quality.
Good luck, it's looking good...

I have the Blau adapter going into some Symbilink SLDIN.Ts behind the glove box. Since I am not using Zapco amps, I needed the receiver to return the signal to RCA. I got this idea from Avincar (https://forums.audiworld.com/audio/msgs/52926.phtml).

Symbilink
