mainly because of its 3-zone feature, but i got it cheap on sale so i got it put in. the front LCD has even more inputs for later use. i have stock speakers for now (w/Bose) whichI will upgrade with Kickers soon.

Default The Kenwood is nice because you can connect the Music Keg, 10 disc DVD/MP3/CD changer, etc.

But you have to manually fold the screen up and down and I think the interface looks hideous (plus the buttons are kinda small onscreen).

I have the Pioneer AVHP7500-DVD and I'm really happy with it. It plays MP3 CDs in-dash (Kenwood does not) and it has a much nicer looking and easier to use interface, imho.

So it all depends on if you feel like the Music Keg is a must have for you or not, I guess.
