The best answer is "whatever sounds best to you." All of the manufacturers you mentioned make several models of speakers. Which ones are you considering?
A lot of folks here will tell you that the MB Quarts sound "harsh" or "shrill." I happen to think they sound wonderful. In fact, in spite of owning and admiring a/d/s/ amplifiers and additional equipment, I favor MB Quart Referenz Premiums over a/d/s/ 336s (their high-end 6.5" component set). Two words--personal preference.
It seems as though a lot of people online (either here or on dedicated car audio sites such as www.sounddomain.com) disparage brands that are well-known. I think many people also think that whatever they own is best. It's sort of "deaf pride" if you ask me.
There are many great brands, which is a good thing. Let your ears be your guide, lest your post be entitled "Which is best--blonde, brunette, or redhead?"

For about $200, the BA Rally seperates will blow away the Eclipses. Of...
...those you mention, I would go with BA, but that's my personal preference. Also check out Diamond and Focal if you decide to go with something over $300.<p>Charles
