Enfig Car stereo customer service

I placed an order with Enfig on May 5th and got a confirmation email saying that they will ship it on May 8th. My credit card was charged on May 8th.
Three weeks later, despite two phone messages left, I have not recieved anything from them, not even a phone or email reply.
Is this an isolated incident or do they have a usual habit of that?
