Default Generic amplified Bose speaker question

I tried searching the forum and found things sort of above what I'm thinking about doing. So, if you take an RCA output from anything, split it into its individual wires, and attach those wires to one of our amplified speakers, will said speaker behave accordingly and make proper sound?

Thanks!

Default Re: Generic amplified Bose speaker question

said speaker may behave accordingly and make proper sound if said RCA output is equal to the output from amplifier.
