Getting B7 A4, have some questions about aftermarket...
my car doesnt have the Nav or the bose package. I really dont know much about audi (1st one) but I am about to. I am plannig on putting in some components, a 10" sub, and probably a head unit. I am leasing the car, so is this going to be a hassle putting it back to stock when my lease is done? If Sound Advice installs my system they said they would put it back to stock when the lease is done, has anybody done this? I just dont want to screw up the electronics and it end up costing me when i turn the car back in. Also is it true the driver display doesnt work with aftermarket headunits? Any suggestions, input, or things to watch out for would be appreciated. thanks!

No problem putting everything back to stock, and yes you'll lose the DIS feed
Blaupunkt HU's are the only ones that provide the DIS feed but you need an adapter cable which is about $120 so a total waste of money. Just look 14" to the right and everything is displayed on the HU
