Default Has anyone had kick panels made?

I have a set of Focal Utopias left over from a previous vehicle and I would love to enjoy them again in my B5 S4. The only way I will get them in is to have custom kick panels made or modidy the door panels. I'm leaning towards kick panels. Has anyone had this done? How much did it cost and how much foot room did you lose? Pics would be great. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, only 2-way (at least the panels will be smaller).

Default I did...I think i still have pics in my pic poster.

I don't think you can do it if you have a manual, but since I had an auto, I went for it. Sounded AWESOME....tons of bass up front from my 6.5"s. Only drawback was that it did take away some foot room, but nothing terrible.

Default Thanks for the pics! To save some space though...

I will have a shop glass on top of the factory kick panels. Plus they should be easy enough to replace if it doesn't work out. I saw the ones Mark Bradford made. That is more what I am looking for. Glad to see there is still some room left with a clutch pedal. It would be nice to have them sealed too.

Default yeah mark choose to cut into his kickpanels which is good for saving space

Mine are sealed and save the kick panel from being hacked up. The 6.5's sound so much better when sealed, i left them open and when i switched to a sealed unit they sounds much better. Goodluck man, focal's rock.
