Has anyone heard of the new JL Audio Clean Sweep?

What are your thoughts? Is this going to be a breakthrough product for people who want to keep their stock head units? I am not sure if I like the idea of have two volume controls. Let me know what you guys think.

JL dealer told me 395 plus installation, availability pushed back to June/July
