Their prices are good, so I phoned them today to ask a few questions. The guy who answered the phone was a bit abrasive, which doesn't bother me as long as the price is right.

I remember seeing their print ads in camera magazines in the past.

they aren't really stereo experts....but they sure know a lot about photography...
they have awesome prices and the stuff i bought from them was all factory sealed, new in box
don't know about their mail-order

Just prepare for the slightly inflated shipping costs. Just got quoted for $25 shipping for a head unit. It still comes out much cheaper than anywhere else tho.

You're right--they quoted me $15-20 shipping for one sub (one week shipping)!
