not sure if the Audi one is like that or not, but surely worth a walk out to the car with a flashlight

Mine jammed, It turned out the the CD has 'jumped' out of its tray in the magazine, thus making it impossible to eject or play. Error kept flashing up on the head unit. I remedied this, by removing the autochanger, with the power cord attached, then shook the unit vigouriously whilst repeatedly pressing the eject button. After a minute or so of doing this, the magazine popped out. Warning!!! This can damage the CD thats jammed in the unit.
